Daehwa Sutbul Garden Siheung Janggok Branch is a charcoal barbecue restaurant in Janggok-dong, Siheung, serving Gyeongju-style beef ribs marinated to order. I shared the 800 g Special Platter with my parents, followed by market-style kalguksu and bowl ice cream. Verdict: a satisfyingly complete dinner, from meat to noodles to dessert.
