Jeongsiljangne Ppalgan Gogi is a newly opened charcoal-grilled marinated pork restaurant at the entrance of the food alley by Icheon Terminal in Gyeonggi. One portion of red fresh pork belly (16,000 won) and one portion of red dongeurangttaeng, round-cut pork neck (15,000 won), plus rice and two bottles of soju came to 42,500 won for two, and a soybean paste stew arrived free as an opening service. Because the marinade contains no gochujang, Jeongsiljangne Ppalgan Gogi tastes more of gentle seasoning and charcoal smoke than of chilli heat.
