Two-way kalguksu order with sirloin add-on in Yongin: Yun Ujae
Yun Ujae Shabu Kalguksu Gogidong Branch is a self-made noodle shabu-kalguksu restaurant in Gogi-ri, Yongin. The writer split a 2-person shabu-kalguksu order so one person had regular kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and the other had flat kalguksu, added 70g of sirloin and minari (water dropwort), and finished with fried rice — the full set of meat, vegetables, kalguksu, and fried rice came to just ₩11,500 per person. It's a strong pick for a date or family meal in Gogi-ri, Yongin, and the writer would return without hesitation.
