Cheonan Sinbu-dong café for salted caramel financiers: Brewers Coffee

Hi everyone! Today I'm introducing one of my absolute favorite cafés in Cheonan: Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch (브루어스커피 천안신부점). At one point I genuinely thought their financiers (small buttery almond cakes) were the best in the whole country, that's how good their baked sweets are! I stop by every time I go to Cheonan ☺️

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch: Hours and Parking

Brewers Coffee is open every day from 12:00 to 21:00 with no days off. There's no dedicated café parking, though.

This is the exterior of Brewers Coffee. Clean, no fuss, and so chic! There's a Catch Table waiting kiosk out front, and they even set out water for people waiting. When I went a while ago the weather was cool, so the terrace seats were open too.

Perfect autumn vibes, right? It works perfectly well as a terrace café. Once the weather warms up again I want to go one more time, haha.

Since I'm posting photos from my old visit anyway, these are to show you this is a real go-back-again-and-again favorite... haha. Honestly the best café in Cheonan ♥

Brewers Coffee Dessert Menu: Which Baked Sweets Are There?

The desserts center on financiers, along with canelés, flan and madeleines. I went around 1 p.m. on a Sunday and everything was fully stocked, nothing sold out.

First, the super famous financiers! These are the very definition of crisp outside, moist inside ✨ And there's a huge variety of flavors, not the usual boring ones either, and for this price it's pretty good, don't you think?!

There are also canelés, flan and madeleines. The madeleines have big raised bellies and are really thick.

The salted caramel financier my friends are making a finger heart next to was everyone's number one pick, hahaha. The salted chocolate right beside it is tasty too. Anything topped with salt gets that sweet-salty thing going, so it all seems delicious. If you can't decide, I recommend these two :>

Interior Atmosphere and Weekend Waiting

Unlike the sleek black exterior, the inside feels warm with wood tables and white walls. There are big tables, so it's fine for groups, and there were a lot of couples on dates too!! We walked in around 1 and sat down thinking, "Oh, there are still some seats, phew~", but 10 to 20 minutes later it was completely full!! On weekends, if you don't come early, waiting seems unavoidable.

The natural light is great and the little props around the café are quite stylish. The restroom is inside.

What I Ordered: Iced Americano, Earl Grey Tea, Vanilla Flan, Salted Caramel Financier

This is also a café where you come for the desserts and get surprised by the coffee. Even the basic iced Americano is tasty with no sourness (personal taste, haha), and the other drinks I've had before were pretty good too! I liked that the Earl Grey came with a small steeping pot and a separate cup.

I tried the vanilla flan for the first time today. First of all, look how huge it is!! And then once I cut into it..!!!

!!!!! Vanilla beans are packed in there, just speckled everywhere!! T_T So every bite is filled with sweet vanilla aroma and it goes so, so well with coffee. If you like egg tarts, I think you'll love it.

What can I say about the financier, it's just so delicious. If it's your first visit, I absolutely recommend trying a financier! The butter flavor is incredible and when you bite into it, it goes crack, crunch!! hahaha

It's in my personal top 3 financier spots of all time! Just like I always have, I'll keep stopping by every time I go to Cheonan.
