Where is Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall, and what about hours and parking?

Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall is at 16 Seokcheon-ro 184beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon, Gyeonggi, Units 106 and 107. It is open Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 to 01:00 the next day, and Sunday and Monday 11:00 to 23:00, with no break time.

There is no parking at the restaurant, so use the Bucheon City Hall underground car park. They cover the ₩1,000 parking fee before 8 PM, and parking is free after 8 PM, they say.

Is there a wait on weekday evenings?

I went around 8 PM on a weekday and there were still 3 groups ahead of me. This is my favorite pizza place in Bucheon, a life-changing pizza every single time, and this is my piping-hot report from my latest visit 💛 It was already a bit late, and yet, wow.. 3 groups waiting!

Inside Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall there are six tables, plus about four more outside. The inside isn't big, which is a shame ㅜㅜ

Self-service corner and table sauces

The self-service corner has everything, from baby tableware to water, pickles, cutlery and even hygiene gloves! Best of all, there are self-service takeout containers, so when you have one or two awkward slices left, you can pack them up without feeling awkward. Total genius 👍🏻

Every table is set with peperoncino (chili flakes), sriracha, Tabasco, tomato ketchup and Parmesan powder. It's the textbook "I don't know what you like, so I prepared everything" approach, and being able to add whichever sauce suits you means I'm always totally satisfied.

Even with the hall run off its feet, takeout customers kept coming in nonstop! As you'd expect from one of Bucheon's top pizza hotspots, it's hugely popular both inside and out.

The stars of the day finally arrived! The look alone was insane, and my heart started pounding again haha. Best of all, they poured the sauce on generously, which hits the spot for a sauce lover like me. Totally my style.

Mix the tomato meat oven spaghetti right away

They kindly told me to mix the Cheesewave tomato meat oven spaghetti (₩6,900) as soon as it arrived! It's piled with a generous amount of savory cheese on top, and if you don't mix it quickly it can harden fast ㅠㅠ As they said, mix the noodles and cheese while hot, shake shake, and the chewiness doubles 👍🏻

Cheesewave currently has a great event: a cold draft beer for just ₩2,500 a glass, such a bargain haha. I meant to order a cola and ended up ordering this without realizing,,

What does the hot chicken pizza taste like?

Cheesewave's hot chicken pizza is spicy seasoned chicken topped with plenty of savory ranch sauce. The glossy shine alone is no joke ㅠㅠ One bite and it's spicy and tangy all in one.

I'm a total spice maniac who loves spicy food, so I sprinkled loads of the peperoncino and hot sauce from the table on it haha

Extra sriracha mayo (₩500): highly recommended

This time I added sriracha mayo separately for ₩500, and it was seriously amazing, highly recommended! It isn't an artificial heat; it's savory, smooth and spicy at once, a perfect match for pizza. If you like things like pizza or tacos, this sauce combo is 200% satisfying, a must-add ⭐️

A top tip to enjoy pizza twice as much! You know the trick of piling spaghetti right on top of the pizza and eating them together, right? Anyone who knows good food definitely knows this combo haha

Bacon potato pizza and the whole-cheese crust

The Cheesewave bacon potato pizza is my all-time favorite! The toppings aren't chunky; they're cut small into bite-size pieces, so once baked there are far more crispy bits. So delicious,,

Delicious carbs piled with more delicious carbs, so the heaviness that fills your mouth is really something else!

Other pizza places usually tuck the cheese crust inside the dough, right? But Cheesewave bakes whole natural cheese right on top of the edge, so the depth of savory flavor is on another level. I got the cheese crust this day through the review event.

Pile sweet and spicy sriracha sauce generously on the mild, savory bacon potato pizza too, and it's so good it'll bring tears to your eyes haha

On your way out, Cheesewave Bucheon City Hall even has mint candy ready to leave your mouth feeling cool and fresh, such a nice touch! Cheesewave is, how should I put it, the classic, ideal pizza taste I like best. I instantly understand why everyone lines up from late on a weekday evening. A truly great place 👍🏻
