This time I visited Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch, where you can eat all the shellfish and meat you want. You don't have to go all the way to Oido to enjoy a shellfish grill, since Baegot is nearby, and the neighborhood was quieter than I expected, which I loved 👍 Since you get shellfish and meat together, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Baegot spot for a group dinner or a relaxed meal~~

The restaurant is in Unit 213 of Building A Purple at Avenue France Central in Baegot. Parking is very roomy from the B2 level down.

The inside has big windows, is spacious and very pleasant, haha. It was clean, which I liked right away, and with the big windows it was perfect for eating with a cool breeze.

It costs ₩35,900 per adult, and you fetch all kinds of shellfish from the self-serve bar as many times as you like.

There were several kinds: king scallops, red scallops, stone clams, large live clams, abalone, turban shells and more. I liked that you can take whatever shellfish you want without feeling awkward, and the shellfish kept spitting water on the table, so fresh, fresh, fresh 👍

• The shellfish meat isn't small but big and chunky, so there's plenty to eat
• Red scallops are sweet, soft and plump
• King scallops grilled with chojang (sweet-and-sour chili sauce) are sweet and chewy, so good
• You can grill abalone too, so it's great for enjoying a variety of seafood flavors

The live clams weren't small ones but large live clams, so maybe that's why the meat was huge, haha. They even had stone clams, so you can taste a variety, which is great ❤️

Pork jowl and the clam and kimchi samhap combo

Of the pork belly, pork neck and pork jowl, I mostly ate the pork jowl, and the clam + pork jowl + kimchi samhap (three-way combo) was the best of the day.

I mostly ate pork jowl out of the pork belly, pork neck and pork jowl, haha. Maybe because of its crunchy texture, the contrast with the shellfish seemed to bring out even more flavor, haha.

⭐ Eating it samhap-style, with clam + pork jowl + kimchi, was really delicious too 😙

The special hash brown + kimchi pancake, cooked on the hot grill with oil, came out crispy, so it felt like proper dessert too.

A walk in Baegot Ecological Park after the meal

Baegot Ecological Park is right in front of the restaurant, so it's easy to follow the meal with a walk.

After eating my fill, it was nice to walk toward the park and spend some relaxed time. It's a park where you can see the sea, and it was even quieter and really more relaxing than Oido.

Since you can enjoy both the meal and a walk, it would work as a Baegot date course too. If you want to eat comfortably away from crowds, it seems like a good alternative to a shellfish grill in Oido.

⚠️ Check for white scallops before you visit

The white scallops (chamgaribi) at Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch may not be served depending on supply. On this visit there were none, and instead we got about ₩3,000 off the all-you-can-eat price.

We came really looking forward to the standard white scallops, but they said that depending on supply they sometimes don't come into the shop ㅠㅠㅠㅠ ⭐⭐ If white scallops are your goal, I recommend checking with the restaurant before visiting whether they're in stock.
