Gang Galbitang Seomyeon is a galbitang (short rib soup) restaurant on the main road between Seomyeon Station and Bujeon Market in Busan. Visiting alone on a sweltering day, the writer ordered spicy galbitang with three big rib bones, a surprisingly generous matcha juice, and free radish pickles from the self-serve bar. Great value for the price and portion, this is a place worth bringing parents back to next time.
