Bueongi Maeul is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Jung-gu, Busan, serving oven-seared pork ribs finished over charcoal. My partner and I had 800g of pork ribs and bibim-guksu for two, then soaked up the outdoor-table mood after dark. Verdict: a great dinner for savory marinated ribs and an open-air evening.
