Busan beef tripe restaurant, solo meal with potato sari: Bupyeong Yang
Bupyeong Yang Gopchang is a yang gopchang (grilled beef tripe and intestines) restaurant on Bupyeong 2-gil, near Kkangtong Market in Nampo-dong, Busan. On an Nth return visit during a solo trip to Busan, the writer ordered the usual stone-pan sauce version with potato and bunmoja (glass noodle) sari added, then finished with fried rice and a complimentary patbingsu (red bean shaved ice). It was a first time eating yang gopchang alone, and Bupyeong Yang Gopchang made it easy to sit down and clear the whole pan.
