Ichigyu Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese-style beef cutlet) restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building within walking distance of Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul. Dining solo right after opening, the writer ordered the basic gyukatsu at 19,500 won and added a mini curry for 5,000 won, melting Isigny butter on the personal grill and searing each slice for 7-8 seconds. With free rice refills and plenty of two-person tables, Ichigyu Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Branch suits solo diners and dates alike.
