What's the atmosphere like at Orange Bagel near Gosaek Station?
Orange Bagel is a bakery café near Gosaek Station with vintage interiors and the soft smell of baking bread drifting through. The atmosphere passed with flying colors right away.

The first things I noticed on walking in were the vintage interiors and the soft smell of baking bread. The window seats get lots of sun, so they're great for spending time alone with a book, and the tables are spaced generously, so chatting with friends or a partner feels comfortable too.

Plants and vintage props are scattered around and blend in naturally, so photos come out like magazine shots wherever you point the camera. It's a good course for a date or an outing: take pictures, then have dessert. It's walkable from Gosaek Station, so getting there by public transport isn't a big hassle either.

Orange Bagel has a really wide range of bagels, including items you won't find at other bagel spots. There are also several signature drinks made with orange.

Maybe it's because this is a famous bagel place in Suwon, but the variety of bagels was really, really wide. Lots of places are getting a reputation as bagel hotspots these days, yet Orange Bagel has items even they don't. I could feel how much menu research goes into it. I walked around so many laps trying to pick the tastiest bagel, haha!

Since it's Orange Bagel, there are lots of signature drinks made with orange. I saw Americanos, lattes, cream lattes and more built around orange. They're signature items, so please give one a try!
What does the Caprese tomato bagel taste like?
Orange Bagel's Caprese tomato bagel is a tangy, sweet and refreshing bagel with tomato, mozzarella and basil. It was a nice palate reset between sweet desserts.

If you only eat sweet desserts they can get a little heavy, and that's when the Caprese tomato bagel really wakes up your appetite.

Fresh tomato, soft mozzarella and fragrant basil fill the bagel from edge to edge, so one bite floods your mouth with freshness. The combo of salty cheese and tangy tomato is quietly addictive, so if you love bakeries, I really recommend trying it.

On top there are olives and tomato as toppings.

The bread itself has a fragrant basil-flavored base, so you taste plenty of flavor in every piece.
How does the Deep Choco bagel compare with the choco baguette?
Orange Bagel's Deep Choco bagel is slightly crisp outside and chewy inside, with chocolate chips and brownie baked in. It has a different charm from the choco baguette, which makes it perfect for a side-by-side comparison.
I'd been following the choco baguette trend, and this time I got curious about a chewy chocolate bagel, so I visited Orange Bagel. To tell you the conclusion first: I was completely satisfied.

Slightly crisp outside and chewy inside, one bite fills your mouth with rich dark chocolate, and the sweetness isn't overpowering, so you keep reaching for more.

Chocolate chips are dotted throughout, so every bite bursts with deep chocolate flavor. It has a different charm from the choco baguette, which made it great for comparing. There's brownie inside too, and as you chew, the softness of the brownie wins you over all over again.
Orange Breeze and orange latte
Orange Breeze is Orange Bagel's signature drink, with a tangy orange flavor on top of espresso. The orange latte was a refreshing, creamy taste, with milk and orange surprisingly well matched.

The drink that really lives up to the name Orange Bagel is the Orange Breeze. A tangy orange flavor sits on top of the espresso and spreads through your mouth, and on a hot day it's like drinking a refreshing Americano!

As for the orange latte, the softness of milk and the freshness of orange blend together surprisingly well, so it was strange but kept coming back to my mind. Like sweet-and-salty, but tangy-and-creamy.

If you're looking for a good bakery in Suwon, I recommend it, and it works well for choco baguette comparisons too. Having tried it, the Deep Choco bagel has a different charm from the usual choco baguette, thanks to its chewy texture and rich chocolate flavor.
