The meal was the Signature BBQ A Set with shoulder rack and 336-hour aged pork belly, plus an extra order of black pork marbled neck (kkotmoksal), with staff grilling every piece from start to finish and refilling the myeongi namul (pickled mountain garlic leaves). Even a diner who usually avoids pork neck found it tender enough to order again.
