What kind of cocktail bar is Oneuldo Hanjan in Daehak-ro?

Oneuldo Hanjan (오늘도 한잔) is a budget-friendly cocktail bar in the basement of a building on the busy Daehak-ro side, close to Exit 4 of Hyehwa Station. After a play, I was wondering where to go, and ended up here because it was supposed to sell good-value cocktails.

It suits Daehak-ro's artsy mood, and both the interior and the atmosphere were great. It's good with friends and good for couples on a date. It's in the busy part of the street, so it's easy to find ^^ Even early in the evening, lots of friends and couples were coming in!! The friendly owner made it a really comfortable visit.

Oneuldo Hanjan is on basement level 1. There are special-deal drinks and various events, so you can drink even more cheaply here.

It's close to Exit 4!! A great stop around a play >.< It works for a drink before dinner, and it's no less perfect for a second round after dinner!!!^^

There are even cocktails cheaper than coffee, and some you can take away.

What are the entrance and interior of Oneuldo Hanjan like?

The mood starts with the stairs down to the basement.. On the way down, there are free Oneuldo Hanjan badges to take, and a photo-zone mirror too.

With soft lighting and a relaxed feel, it's better for quiet conversation or a drink after work than a loud pub, and it seems perfect for lingering over the afterglow of a play. It's a bar with a great atmosphere.

I'd been to a cocktail place in Chungju with my husband, and this was the second one, in Daehak-ro. The atmosphere was so good and the prices were so good that we said we'd come back for a date. There's a huge screen too, so with the World Cup on these days, watching it with a drink here would be so nice!

Single cocktails at Oneuldo Hanjan are ₩6,900, ₩8,900 and ₩12,900, and all snacks are ₩9,900. A snack of your choice plus two signature cocktails is ₩9,900, which seems like amazing value.

I never expected this many kinds of drinks.. There are whisky sets and a bottle menu, and if you do the receipt event after paying, there's a ₩1,000-per-person deal, so there are lots of ways to drink cheaply. You don't have to order a snack.

There are so many options that you can order to your taste and to your strength. My friend knew what to order, but I didn't, so I asked for a recommendation!! If you don't drink alcohol, there are non-alcoholic options too, just so you know ^.^

Free crackers and welcome drinks

Crackers come out by default, and when you finish them you can grab more from the self-serve bar~~

The default crackers were sooo tasty and went so well with the drinks that I kept reaching for them …^^

A welcome drink comes out too. It was sparkly and so pretty. It tasted good as well : )

Four glasses come out one after another, and they were all so appealing that I can't say which was tastier, since tastes differ. So I'd recommend asking for a recommendation.

These are cocktails that don't need snacks, so you don't get stuffed, and the atmosphere, neither loud nor too quiet, was overwhelmingly good : )

18% Citrus Sour: fresh and not too sweet

What I drank at Oneuldo Hanjan was an 18% Citrus Sour recommended by the owner. He matched it to me, since I like things fresh and not overly sweet. It has vodka, grapefruit, orange, lime and orange juice, and the freshness was exactly to my taste.

40% Godfather: for people who enjoy the aroma of liquor

My husband chose the strong 40% Godfather. It has Scotch whisky and amaretto, so it's perfect for people who enjoy the aroma of liquor. One sip and my nose was flaring~~!! Want to get drunk fast? Recommended, haha

33% Martini: with the olive as a snack

My friend chose the 33% Martini. It comes with an olive, and this one has a strong liquor aroma too.

My friend took a sip and then ate the olive as a snack! The strengths and types vary, so you can pick sweet, sour and so on to your taste, which is what I like about Oneuldo Hanjan!!

And at the end, even candy~~~ to freshen your mouth!!!!! Oneuldo Hanjan in Hyehwa was perfect. If you're looking for a bar with a good atmosphere in Daehak-ro, it would be great to visit once. It's a place with tasty snacks and a wide range of cool drinks.
