Uiwang outlet café, husband-approved fresh mango sando: Jeong
In short
Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch is a two-floor coffee roastery café inside Lotte Premium Outlet in Uiwang, Gyeonggi. While shopping with a baby, the writer stopped at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters for an iced americano, a blueberry yogurt and a fresh mango sando (fruit cream sandwich, 7,800 won) packed with a whole mango, which even her sando-loving husband approved. Verdict: for a café at the Uiwang outlet where both the coffee and the desserts are good, Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters is the pick.

Where is Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang, and when is it open?
Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch (정지영커피로스터즈) is open daily from 10:30 to 21:00. Lotte Premium Outlet keeps getting better these days, and part of that is the arrival of Outback, Shake Shack and this coffee hotspot!!!

It sits in a perfect spot for a break while shopping with a baby on the 2nd floor. It's a coffee brand that started in Haenggung-dong, and now it supplies beans and has a ton of branches. The Uiwang branch is brand new, opened in July. It's also connected by escalator to Outback, Shake Shack and the other restaurants on the 1st floor, so it's a great route for after a meal.

Is Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters easy to visit with a baby? Baby chairs and stroller space
The Uiwang branch has two floors, and the 1st floor has roomy space for strollers plus a few baby chairs. If you need to seat your baby in a high chair, the 1st floor is the easy choice. The 2nd floor has lots of seats too, and the ceilings are very high, so it feels airy overall.

What an open view! The view from the 2nd floor is amazing too! Even though it's new, it was packed with customers. Everyone seems to know Jeong Jiyoung Coffee already!!

What desserts does Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters have?
It's a coffee hotspot, but there are plenty of cakes and quite a few other desserts like sando (fruit cream sandwiches) and madeleines. The fresh mango yogurt cake and the peach cake were especially popular, and on the day I went they had mango and melon sandos, which were popular too.

There are Pororo drinks and organic milk for kids too. It's been a while since I saw a place selling pudding, and I barely managed to resist getting one.

There are tons of kinds of financiers (small almond butter cakes), and I hear they're really delicious too.

Coffee beans, merch, drinks menu and decaf swaps
Living up to its reputation for beans, the Uiwang branch sells coffee beans separately, and it's a merch hotspot too, haha. There are tees and caps with the slogan "NO COFEE NO WORKEE", and when I saw the staff wearing them they looked so cute I almost bought one, haha. There were also free stickers at the counter, and it's my big regret that I was so frazzled I forgot to grab one T_T haha.
It's not only coffee; the drink menu is varied too. From peach iced tea to blueberry yogurt, London Fog milk tea and real chocolate latte, even people who can't drink coffee can enjoy it! And you can switch to decaf for an extra ₩500, and it's free for pregnant women! Such thoughtful details really touched me, T_T

What we ordered at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters
- Iced americano ₩5,500
- Blueberry yogurt ₩7,000
- Fresh mango sando ₩7,800

How was the fresh mango sando at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters?
The fresh mango sando (₩7,800) was the most moving thing of the day..!!!! A sando approved by my sando-lover husband, haha. We've tried making this at home, and fresh cream is expensive, fruit is so watery that keeping this pretty shape isn't easy, and it's really a tricky dessert in every way.
But the sando here is really good!! The mango is truly whole, and the mango itself was wonderfully sweet. The whipped cream wasn't heavy and tasted great, and it went so well with the bread.

The mango is so plump!!! With a whole mango like this at this price, it's a total bargain..!

How were the iced americano and blueberry yogurt?
The iced americano tasted really great. Maybe because the beans are good, it was clean and nutty, and I was totally satisfied! Having coffee with that open view even felt a bit like being at a resort.
I bought the blueberry yogurt to share with the baby, but it was so good that the adults almost finished it, hahaha. There are lots of blueberries at the bottom, so you need to stir it well. Overall I could really feel they don't skimp on ingredients.
Final verdict on Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang
A café with a great location, since you can walk straight out from the 2nd floor, and a lovely view outside! Above all, the coffee is really delicious and the mango sando was a total knockout! If you're looking for a great café at Uiwang Premium Outlet, I totally recommend Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters!
