Uiwang outlet café, summer latte with honey rusk & peanut sando: Jeong

Whenever I go to Baegun Lake, I stop by Lotte Premium Outlet in Uiwang at least once. After lunch I wanted coffee and dessert, and it turns out Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters (정지영커피로스터즈), the famous roastery from Suwon's Haenggung-dong, has opened a branch in the outlet~~

Every time I go to Haenggung-dong I end up at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters because the beans are so good, so I was happy to see it open in the premium outlet near Uiwang Station too. I went to check it out~~

Where is Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang?

Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch is in Tasty Ground; ride the escalator up to the 2nd floor of Glassville. It is open daily 10:30-21:00, and you park in the Lotte Premium Outlet parking lot.

Walk through the reed field outside and it's right up above. It's also connected by escalator from Outback. The weather was so nice when we went that tons of people were outdoors. It's a glass building, so it feels really open.

Atmosphere and seating

The café is connected to the inside of the outlet by escalator, and you can also come in through the lawn plaza outside.

The high ceilings and soft lighting are nicely done, so the interior feels stylish. The café has a 1st floor and a 2nd floor up the stairs, and the 2nd floor is bigger. We ordered downstairs. The huge picture windows let in soft natural views and light.

For in-store coffee, you can choose the beans you want. Besides coffee drinks, there are beans, goods, cookies, cakes and sando (sandwich-style desserts) that go well together.

Why it's a good stop while shopping

It's inside Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang, so it's easy to grab coffee while shopping, and with the open big-window view, I spent the whole time with coffee and dessert in a lovely setting~~ The combination of the signature summer latte with sweet, soft ice cream, the peanut sando full of nutty flavor, and the crunchy, sweet honey rusk was really good. Above all, since you can choose the bean type, it feels different from coffee at an ordinary café~~

Is it good for kids and a family outing?
