Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a Japanese ramen and rice bowl restaurant about 93m from Exit 10 of City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. Dining alone at the bar seats, the writer ordered hormone-don (beef intestine rice bowl) for 15,000 won and peach cider for 4,000 won from the in-store kiosk, and the bowl came piled with beef intestine, meat, egg yolk, onion and scallion. Mentsuru is worth noting near City Hall Station when you want a rice bowl rather than ramen for a solo meal.
