A friend was coming to Beomgye for the first time in a while, so we went to Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch, a good-value restaurant, for lunch.

Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is part of a chain, and it's in the building where you can see the Yeokjeon Halmaek near Beomgye Station. There's a Catchtable tablet, but we came at weekday lunch and got in right away.

What's the atmosphere like at Two Find Peter Beomgye, and is it good for chatting?

The inside of Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is split into separate areas, and the seats are quite far apart, so it's a really nice place to eat and talk. My friend said she comes here often, and that it's popular for friend meetups (called "cheongmo" in Korean) because the atmosphere is so good!

What comes with the lunch set menu?

The set menu at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch comes with bread, orange juice, pasta, risotto and steak. The bread comes first: two morning rolls, balsamic sauce, and pickles/jalapeños!

The orange juice that comes with the set! They squeeze it fresh here, and you can chew the pulp, which makes it even better.. 😆 The amount was just right for two people, too.

Abalone innards cream risotto

The abalone innards cream risotto has an abalone innards cream base, so it was rich and had great abalone flavor! You could also taste little bits of mushroom and abalone inside, which made the texture nice.

Steak

The steak, which is fixed in the set, was cooked just right, so it was easy to cut, and it went well with the mushrooms and tomato served alongside. There was sauce, wasabi and salt too, and the sauce was a perfect match.

Spicy crabby pasta: how spicy is it?

For the pasta we had the spicy crabby pasta. It's slightly spicy, so it cut right through the richness I felt from the risotto. It isn't very hot, so even people who can't handle spice can eat it without worry! Pieces of crabby (imitation crab) turned up here and there, and I enjoyed it.

Portions and value at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch

The set menu at Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is quite generous, so the two of us were really full..! The set is well put together, and most dishes are around ₩10,000 each, so I think the value is great. It seems perfect for friend meetups, dates and group gatherings, so I'll probably come again with a friend or my boyfriend. It was a delicious meal!
