Samsong restaurant for an evening tripe soup set: Jeju Eunhui-ne
Jeju Eunhui-ne Haejangguk Goyang Samsong Branch is a haejangguk (hangover soup) and tripe soup restaurant directly across from Starfield Goyang. On an evening visit the order was a tripe soup and dombe pork (boiled pork slices) set plus one haejangguk on its own: the haejangguk tasted like a deep, rich beef soup, while the tripe soup was a full-bodied broth carrying the nutty flavor of the tripe. With 1 hour of parking covered in the building's underground lot and free extra rice, Jeju Eunhui-ne Haejangguk is an easy place to drive to.
