Couple brunch date in Pangyo: basil cream sandwich, Eight Years
Eight Years Pangyo is a terrace brunch restaurant at the entrance to the Baekhyeon-dong café street in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. On a couple's brunch date, the writer and her husband ordered the handmade basil cream sauce sandwich and the cream gnocchi, both made with ingredients brought in daily from Garak Market for a mild, wholesome flavor. The wait ran 20-30 minutes at the lunch peak and the cream sauce was slightly salty, but Eight Years Pangyo is still worth recommending for brunch on the Baekhyeon-dong café street.
