Gang's Duck is a Peking duck–focused Chinese dining restaurant in an alley behind Suwon City Hall in Ingye-dong, Suwon. Booked in advance, the visit covered half a Peking duck for 39,000 won and a dongpo-yuk (braised pork belly) rice bowl for 13,000 won, with cucumber and scallion strips rolled in wheat pancakes and dipped in sauce, and the leftover bones fried and brought back out.
