I've been having so much fun lately hunting down good bagel spots. This time I went looking for somewhere I could enjoy a relaxed weekend brunch along with tasty bagels, and ended up at Orange Bagel, a large café in Suwon. It was my first visit, and the place was bigger than I expected with a surprisingly wide variety of bagels — genuinely fun just to browse. Let me introduce it.
Where is Orange Bagel? Omokcheon-ro location, parking and hours

Orange Bagel is located at 129 Omokcheon-ro, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00 (last order at 20:30). The exotic red-brick exterior in particular gave off a vibe like Brooklyn, USA, so I was already excited before even stepping inside.
The first thing that caught my eye as soon as I arrived was the imposing red-brick building. The exterior felt quite different from a typical bakery café, so it was easy to spot from far away. Best of all, the parking area was fairly spacious, so I didn't have to worry about parking even on a weekend visit. There was such an exotic atmosphere right from the entrance that it almost felt like walking into a bakery in the middle of a New York street.
There were so many good photo spots that I ended up taking a few pictures before I'd even gone inside.
Inside Orange Bagel's first floor: bagel counter and goods zone

The first floor of Orange Bagel has the counter, the bagel zone, a goods zone, and seating. Once inside, what strikes you first is the open layout and stylish interior. Retro props are scattered throughout the space, so rather than just a café for eating bagels, it felt like a place where you genuinely enjoy looking around — really nice.

Orange Bagel also has a partnership with Suwon Samsung, so you can spot Suwon Samsung-related items throughout the café. If you're into football, this detail might be an extra bit of fun.
The goods zone in particular had American-vibe stickers, pencils, magnets, and postcards on display, making it fun to check out each one. It had a bit of a hip concept-shop feel, so it was nice to browse slowly after picking out a bagel. I heard the props and goods are also available for purchase.
Orange Bagel is a large café spread across the 1st floor, 2nd floor, and a 3rd-floor rooftop. I visited on a weekend, and I was able to get seated right away with no wait, with a variety of seating options available.
The 1st-floor seating isn't as plentiful as the 2nd floor, but it had a cozier feel that I liked. It's a good spot to grab a table right after choosing your bagel and enjoy a light brunch.
What is the second-floor seating like at Orange Bagel?

The 2nd floor of Orange Bagel has a different mood from the 1st. There are definitely more seats and more variety of seating types, so it was easier to find a table on the 2nd floor. There are 2-seat and 4-seat tables, larger group seating, and even comfortable sofa seats. (There were so many people that day I couldn't get photos of it.)
It looked like a good spot for a couple on a Suwon date, and also fine for a bigger group. There's also a floor-to-ceiling glass area that lets in plenty of sunlight — perfect for spending relaxed time in the sun on a nice day. With that Brooklyn feel, it's a café with plenty to look at if you enjoy taking photos.
Orange Bagel's third-floor rooftop
The 3rd floor of Orange Bagel is set up as a rooftop. There's a fair amount of seating, so on a nice day it seems great to enjoy coffee and bagels up there. There are lights installed too, so I imagine it has a completely different mood in the evening.

Orange Bagel kneads high-protein Canadian flour with flavorful French flour in our own ratio, making a bagel with more chewiness and bite. We paid careful attention to the aging and fermentation process.
How many bagel flavors does Orange Bagel have?

Orange Bagel has more than ten types of bagels on offer. This variety was actually the biggest reason I went — standing in front of the display case, I found myself facing a genuinely happy dilemma over what to choose.
There was a wide range, from hearty bagels good for a full meal like egg mayo, crab and shrimp, and potato, to lighter snack bagels like red bean butter, olive, mocha bun, and blueberry. With so many varieties, it works well as a dessert with coffee, or, like I did, as a brunch-style lunch.

From jambon-beurre to salmon bagels — if you're a true bagel lover, I'd definitely recommend Orange Bagel. As you can see in the photos, the selection really is extensive.

Me, always on the hunt for great bagel spots — a happy lucky girl 🍀🎀💖 So happy!

Gift box packaging when you buy four bagels
At Orange Bagel, buying 4 bagels gets you gift-box packaging. This was another detail I really liked. Each bagel was neatly separated inside so they wouldn't get squished together, and it looked really clean and pretty. It seemed like a genuinely nice, easy gift for anyone who loves bagels. 🥯🧡
Four bagels for 30,800 won: how did they taste?
The bagels I picked at Orange Bagel were Laugen butter, bacon egg mayo, pepperoni, and scallion cream — four in total, coming to 30,800 won.
- Laugen Butter Bagel: ₩6,900
- Bacon Egg Mayo Bagel: ₩8,500
- Pepperoni Bagel: ₩6,300
- Scallion Cream Bagel: ₩8,500
Laugen butter bagel 🥯🤎
The sweet-yet-nutty flavor is really appealing. There's quite a lot of butter inside, so anyone who loves butter will especially love this one. The chewy bagel combined with a subtle salty note made for a great sweet-and-salty combo. Personally, the butter flavor really came through, and it paired well with coffee.

Bacon egg mayo bagel 🥓🍳🥯
This one genuinely works as a full meal replacement! The soft egg mayo comes packed with salty bacon, and the filling was generous enough to feel satisfying. The mild egg mayo and salty bacon paired really well — if you're coming by for a brunch-style lunch, this menu fits perfectly. Even eating just one filled me up nicely, so it was great when I wanted a simple meal.
Scallion cream bagel 🥯💚
Just looking at it, you can tell it's packed full and satisfying. With soft cream, the fragrance of scallion, and the salty flavor of bacon all coming together, it definitely felt like a brunch-style menu. If you prefer savory, filling bagels over sweet desserts, this one would suit you well.
Pepperoni bagel, warmed up 🍕🥯
Topped with cheese, pepperoni, and olives, this bagel tastes almost like pizza when you bite in. Since it has cheese, I'd especially recommend warming it up a little before eating. Popping it in the oven so the cheese melts slightly made it even more delicious. It's a bagel that tastes like pizza, so if you usually prefer savory over sweet bagels, this one is a great pick.

Final verdict on Orange Bagel in Suwon
If you're looking for a brunch café in Suwon and want somewhere with a slightly different atmosphere, Orange Bagel is worth a visit. It's a Suwon bagel spot known for its wide range of flavors, and being a large café spanning the 1st floor up to the 3rd-floor rooftop, seating felt fairly relaxed.
Best of all, the spacious parking area made it easy to visit by car, and between the red-brick exterior, the Brooklyn-style interior, and the retro props and goods, there was plenty to look at beyond just the bagels themselves. Above all, the sheer variety of bagels means the happy dilemma starts the moment you walk up to choose one! The bagels were soft and chewy with generous fillings, and personally I really enjoyed them. If you want to enjoy good bagels and coffee over a relaxed brunch in Suwon, Orange Bagel is worth checking out.
