If you want a Yeongjong bakery café with a great view and no crowds

If you're on a sea drive around Yeongjong, Eulwangri or Masian Beach, Pink Wall Cafe lets you enjoy floor-to-ceiling window views along with freshly baked bread. The writer was tired of huge bakery cafés that are all crowds, and found Pink Wall Cafe while looking for a place with both a good view and good bread.

You all go on weekend and holiday drives to Yeongjong, Eulwangri or Masian Beach to see the open West Sea, right? Haha. Whenever I feel stuffed up, I love getting some sea breeze and healing with tasty bread and a coffee at a pretty café.

Honestly, a lot of the big bakery cafés in Yeongjong are so packed they feel like a chaotic market, or the view turns out worse than expected and you walk away disappointed. We've all been there. So I kept wondering: is there a truly charming Yeongjong bakery café with a wide-open, fairytale view that heals you just by looking at it, plus life-changing bread that's soft outside and sweet and moist inside, freshly baked?

What are the window views and the café's atmosphere like?

Pink Wall Cafe's big glass windows are filled with greenery and sky, so just sitting at a table and looking outside feels healing. The writer felt the roomy table layout and natural light make it good for photos, and a good fit for dates or families with kids.

As I pulled up and walked toward the café, a lovely, stylish exterior greeted me, just like the name suggests! The moment I stepped inside and saw the outdoor view stretching beyond the windows, I blurted out loud, "Wow... amazing!"

The seasonal scenery and open sky fill the glass like a painting, and just sitting at a table gazing outside, it felt like all my built-up stress and fatigue melted away like snow.

The tables are spaced out nicely and the place is bright, so wherever you take a photo, the natural light gets you a great shot haha. It's perfect for couples on a date drive, and you couldn't ask for a better space to spend a relaxed afternoon with family or kids haha.

How does the condensed milk bread taste?

The condensed milk bread (yeonyu sikppang, a loaf sweetened with condensed milk cream) picked from the bakery display was golden on the outside and moist inside, with condensed milk cream soaked between the layers. The sweetness wasn't overdone, so it went well with an iced Americano, and the kids enjoyed it too.

The showcase and bakery counter were full of golden, appetizing breads! I couldn't walk past the glossy, sweet-smelling condensed milk bread, so I picked it up right away haha.

The outside was nicely baked, golden and nutty, and soft, sweet condensed milk cream had soaked deep between the layers of bread inside, so every time I tore a piece by hand, I could feel the moistness on my fingertips.

The moment I took a bite, fluffy sweetness and the rich flavor of butter melted in my mouth! It wasn't dry or harshly sweet, but a classy sweetness that charges you up nicely, and with a sip of cold Americano it was a perfect pair haha. The kids wolfed down a piece the second I handed it over, saying it was delicious haha.

Is Pink Wall Cafe worth going back to?

The writer summed up that the window views, condensed milk bread, pink-mood interior and easy access to Inspire Resort and Masian Beach were all satisfying. It's a café they want to come back to on a weekend for the sea view, bread and coffee.

Pink Wall Cafe on Yongyuseo-ro was the best Yeongjong bakery café: a picture-perfect, peaceful view beyond the windows, the wonder of honey-sweet condensed milk bread that melted in my mouth, a stylish, lovely interior, and fantastic access, just 10 minutes from the Masian Beach stretch and Inspire Resort. I was satisfied with everything, haha.

A fantastic view: the view through the windows is so pretty that just sitting there is healing in itself! Haha
