Big Hagik-dong café in Incheon: Orange Dot & choco scone, Tiny Dot
In short
Tiny Dot is a four-floor roastery café tucked into an alley in Hagik-dong, Michuhol, Incheon. On a lunchtime visit I ordered the signature Orange Dot and Deulkkae Dot (perilla cream coffee) with a choco scone and a croffle. Orange Dot tasted better once its layers were stirred together, and the Deulkkae Dot's perilla cream had a nutty flavor quite different from black sesame. With its own parking lot and an elevator, Tiny Dot is an easy visit for anyone driving or avoiding stairs.

What is Tiny Dot, the large café in Hagik-dong, Incheon?
This is the story of Tiny Dot, a large café in Hagik-dong, Incheon. Hagik-dong is honestly a bit of a café desert, but there's one café here I really like. That's Tiny Dot! The whole building is the café, so it's spacious, and being tucked in an alley makes it a quiet local café too.

Is there parking at Tiny Dot?
🅿️Parking — Tiny Dot has its own parking lot. Having a parking lot is such a convenience. There's parking space in front of and behind the shop, so drivers, take note~

Tiny Dot is a coffee specialty shop that roasts its own beans. As a large four-floor Hagik-dong café, the seating is spacious and comfortable to move through. There are also seats right by the counter for anyone doing takeout.

Millstone-ground Hadong matcha and desserts baked each morning
I noticed a millstone grinding something and turned out — they grind Hadong matcha with that millstone! I've visited a few times so I've tried the matcha ground fresh in-house, and the matcha flavor is really good.

For dessert there's croffle, scones, and more. These baked goods are made fresh in-house every morning, apparently. Great to enjoy with coffee.

Can you buy Tiny Dot's coffee beans?
Being a roastery, they also sell beans. I have a home café hobby myself, so I've bought beans here a few times — they carry decaf beans too, so anyone worried about caffeine can pick freely.

Visiting after a while, I found menu items I hadn't seen before, out of nowhere??? Deulkkae Dot and Chamkkae Dot, menus that sound nutty just from the name, had been newly added. On top of that, I really love that they let you swap milk to oat milk for anyone with lactose intolerance~

Tiny Dot's floor layout and elevator
Tiny Dot, the Hagik-dong café, is four floors. The 1st floor is for ordering, the 2nd and 3rd floors are for enjoying your drinks, and the 4th floor seems to be mostly for events. Also, even though it's a four-floor café, there's an elevator. Great for anyone who has trouble with stairs or finds them tiring, right? The men's and women's restrooms are on different floors, so keep that in mind.

The interior is full of greenery. I went around lunchtime and it was fairly crowded. The charm of this place is the spacious interior and plants, plus bar seating where you can watch outside while enjoying your coffee!

There are plants everywhere, which made it easy to take photos too.

Orange Dot, Deulkkae Dot, choco scone and croffle
- Orange Dot
- Deulkkae Dot
These are the drinks I ordered, each one a Tiny Dot signature menu. Think of Orange Dot as an orange Americano, and Deulkkae Dot has perilla cream on top — I couldn't imagine the taste at all, so I ordered it just to try.

For dessert I ordered the choco scone and croffle. The croffle also has an option to add ice cream on top. The choco scone tasted like Jetti (a chocolate malt powder snack) turned into a cookie? The sugar granules inside gave it a nice texture, and the flavor was chocolate through and through — total sugar recharge.

What does Orange Dot taste like?
Orange Dot is an orange Americano, and since I really love adding refreshing ingredients to a shot, it suited my taste perfectly. Underneath there's an orange shot, and the milk can be swapped for other options too.
The layering was done well, so Orange Dot tasted even better when mixed together. The foam on top is such an appealing touch too.

What does the perilla Deulkkae Dot taste like?
This one's Deulkkae Dot. An Americano topped with perilla cream — I couldn't picture it at all, but the perilla cream was nutty and smooth. It was a flavor I'd never tasted before in my life. The perilla cream paired surprisingly well with the coffee. At first I thought it might be similar to a black sesame latte, but it's completely different from that nutty black sesame flavor. If you like unusual flavors, give it a try once >.<

I had a peaceful time enjoying it all with the croffle at Tiny Dot café. It's a large Hagik-dong café, and I'd recommend it for the delicious drinks too!
