Jokbal restaurant in Jamsil Saenae with cold noodles: Manjok Ohyang
Manjok Ohyang Jokbal Jamsil Sincheon Branch is a jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and bossam restaurant on Baekjegobun-ro 7-gil near Jamsil Saenae Station in Songpa, Seoul. A medium jokbal with jaengban guksu (cold noodles on a platter) came with baek-kimchi, cabbage, pickled radish wraps, dried radish strips, lettuce and even tteok-manduguk as free side dishes, and the meat was so clean-tasting and tender that even the skin felt light rather than greasy. Both the quality and the portion at Manjok Ohyang were generous enough for a group dinner.
