Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap is a milmyeon (chewy cold noodle) and pork soup restaurant in Dong-gu, Busan, a 2–3 minute walk from Busan Station Exit 1. After a 5–10 minute wait at Sunday lunch peak, the meal was mul milmyeon in both small and large plus hand-made mandu (dumplings): the small is right for one person, while the large leaves leftovers once you add a side. The broth is only lightly herbal, making Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap an easy first stop on a Busan trip, even for first-time milmyeon eaters.
