Jeju media art gallery for three generations, plus tea time: Nohyeong

Nohyeong Supermarket is an immersive media art exhibition space of about 1,200 pyeong on Nohyeong-ro in Jeju City, near Jeju Airport. On a hot mid-September day, one family ranging from a preschooler to parents over 65 watched the large-scale media art indoors, then had tea time at Nohyeong Dabang and picked out keyring and keycap goods at Nohyeong Jabhwajeom. Nohyeong Supermarket is a Jeju City indoor attraction worth keeping in reserve for days when the weather upends your plans.

Aewol lunch noodle restaurant, portion too big to finish: Handam Guksu

Handam Guksu Gwakji Aewol Branch is an ocean-view pork noodle restaurant on Aewol-ro in Aewol, Jeju. The rich bone-broth pork noodles and the dongchimi bibim noodles were 10,000 won each, and the bone-broth bowl came with so many bean sprouts that it could not be finished. Five minutes on foot from the Handam Coastal Trail and the Aewol café street, with 1 hour of parking support at designated lots, Handam Guksu works well as an Aewol lunch stop.
