When planning a trip with a child or pet, what matters most is clean hygiene, safe places to play, and comfortable private facilities. If you want to escape the stuffy city and heal in nature but have hesitated because of all the luggage and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, glamping that satisfies the whole family is the best. Synth Pet & Kids Glamping (신스 펫 앤 키즈글램핑) in Goheung, a great place to visit with children in Jeonnam, has it all: a wide grassy field, a pleasantly warm pool open year-round, and hotel-level clean private bathrooms. From our baby's laughter to the romantic fireside time beneath the night sky, everything was beyond expectations.
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00, and children and dogs are welcome. There is parking, too.

How do you get to Synth Pet & Kids Glamping in Goheung?
For Synth Pet & Kids Glamping, a child-friendly glamping site in Jeonnam, entering the Naver address into navigation directs you onto a narrow road. Search for Sin-yong Gaseoljae instead, then keep going up the hill. It takes around 30–40 minutes from Suncheon or Yeosu and about an hour from Gwangju, so it would be lovely for a nearby outing, too.
Once you arrive, there is a wide-open parking lot where you can park comfortably, so there is no need to worry about parking.

There is a wagon by the parking lot for carrying your luggage.

Follow the path uphill and you will reach the check-in building. Inside is a relaxed space where you can sit and rest, plus high chairs, as you would expect from a child-friendly glamping site in Jeonnam. There are plenty of baby bathtubs and Bumbo seats as well, available if needed.

There are also all kinds of board games to play with the children, so there is no chance for an overnight stay to get boring.

The shop has most essentials, including ramyeon (instant noodles), snacks, disposable supplies, and swim diapers, so you can practically arrive empty-handed. Basic over-the-counter items such as mosquito medicine, repellent, and bandages are available to use conveniently, too.

You can buy pork belly, pork neck, pickled radish wraps, shredded scallions, kimchi, and more. There is also a weekday event giving away a barbecue worth ₩32,000, so keep that in mind.

Just order easily for yourself at the kiosk.

- Buildings A and B are for dogs only.
- Buildings C and D are near the management building, making the amenities easy to use.
- Buildings E and F have large private yards, great for children to run around in.
- Buildings G and H are private and quiet.

The private standalone Synth Stay (Fira & Oia), which can be enjoyed entirely to yourselves, also caught my eye. This newly built villa-style property of old bricks was constructed directly by the owners and accommodates 4 guests as standard and up to 8. With 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 2 sofa beds, and 2 bathrooms, it is perfectly suited to large families or small gatherings.

Building F: our room with a large yard for the baby
We were assigned Building F, with its large yard. Buildings A through H are luxury glamping spaces, each with its own appeal, making them ideal for a private rest with pets or children. The glamping rooms accommodate 2 guests as standard and up to 6, with a bedroom, beds, and a private bathroom thoughtfully arranged. Every room has heating and air conditioning, maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature 365 days a year, even in midsummer or the coldest winter.

Inside, the camping zone and kitchen are laid out with a convenient flow. Thanks to the thoughtful child-focused design, it felt reassuring to stay with a young child without any hazards to worry about. The room was spacious, and the family-style low bed was perfect for sleeping with the baby. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer were all provided.

Our baby must have liked it too, because they were excited already.
A year-round warm pool and kids' playground
There is a pleasant indoor kids' playground where children can run and play to their hearts' content.

The outdoor dog-only play facilities and grassy field with safety fencing also create the ideal setting for children and pets to run around safely.

Along with the kids' facilities, there is a heated pool open all year round, so rain or cold weather is no concern.

The comfortably warm water temperature was maintained well, and our baby became so happily absorbed in playing in the water that time simply flew by.

Outdoor barbecue and fireside time under the night sky
When evening came, we enjoyed a delicious charcoal barbecue in the camping zone prepared on the outdoor terrace. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, preparing and serving the ingredients was convenient, too. The nighttime landscaping was lovely, making it nice to take a walk after dinner.
After the meal, we placed firewood in the fire pit for some cozy fireside gazing. Conversations with the family under the night sky, while listening to the crackle of burning wood and watching the warm glow, became a special memory we will not forget for a long time. And the late-night snack after putting the baby to bed was perfect, too. Let's come back again.
A Goheung family glamping stay we want to revisit
The spacious parking, strong heating and air conditioning, thoughtful child-focused design, and clean private bathroom were all great. The year-round heated pool, kids' playground, indoor café, and well-stocked shop made it convenient as well. From private luxury glamping to the standalone old-brick stay, this is a Goheung accommodation and child-friendly glamping site in Jeonnam that the whole family will want to revisit.
