Sajik-dong, Busan grill house for after-work makchang: Bulmak Yeolsam
Bulmak Yeolsam Sajik is a raw makchang (pork intestine) and fresh pork belly grill house in Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, close to Sajik Baseball Stadium. On an after-work dinner visit, the writer alternated between 48-hour aged raw makchang and thick Korean pork belly, then finished the meal with spicy ttaengcho ramyeon (green chili instant noodles). The makchang arrives pre-grilled so it is easy to cook, and Myeongseong parking lot nearby covers one hour of parking.
