Half-dried fish and minari soup at Hanbada, a Busan seafood restaurant

Hanbada Suyeong Main Branch is a half-dried grilled fish restaurant on the first floor of Dion Place, right in front of Suyeong Station Exit 3 in Suyeong-gu, Busan. A couple who love grilled fish ordered the wild-caught half-dried grilled fish set for two (35,000 won), which came with several kinds of grilled fish plus a clear seasonal soup packed with minari (water celery). Since grilling fish at home leaves the smell behind, Hanbada Suyeong Main Branch made an easy night out, and the spacious, tidy dining room also suits a meal with parents.
