Dwaejinamu Sarang Geollyeone Seomyeon Main Branch is a galmaegisal (pork skirt meat) BBQ restaurant on the meat alley by Exit 12 of Seomyeon Station in Busanjin, Busan. A Saturday evening visit meant a 1-hour wait, then galmaegisal, seasoned galmaegisal, spicy gochujang pork belly and a mini doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), all served pre-grilled so it was ready to eat right away. For meat that bursts with juice on the first bite, Dwaejinamu Sarang Geollyeone is worth the wait.
