Daegu grill house for fire makchang and pork neck: Supbul Makchang
Supbul Makchang is an Iberico makchang (pork intestine) and grill restaurant on Daemyeongcheon-ro 42-gil in Bolli-dong, Dalseo, Daegu. On this fourth visit the order was three servings mixed one by one: Iberico makchang at 12,000 won, Iberico fire makchang at 13,000 won tried for the first time, and Iberico pork neck at 14,000 won. The fire makchang arrives fully cooked and ready to eat, and warming it briefly on the grill makes it an even better drinking snack.
