Buldak mayo live shrimp at Garak Market fish shop Yeongjae Susan
Yeongjae Susan is a sashimi and seafood takeout shop at 1F C-10 of the Garak Mall sales building in Garak Market, Songpa, Seoul. On an after-work stop, 500g of live shrimp (20,000 won) and a mini wild croaker sashimi set were packed to go, and the shop threw in a free fish stew kit with sea bream head and bones even though only sashimi was ordered. The night's verdict: shrimp stunned in ice water, dipped in buldak mayo (spicy chicken sauce mayo) and washed down with white wine.
