What I ordered at Pasta Go Hongdae Branch
The restaurant provided one each of shrimp toowoomba pasta, original tomato risotto, cream churros and cider.
- Shrimp toowoomba pasta x1
- Original tomato risotto x1
- Cream churros x1
- Cider x1

Shrimp toowoomba pasta: spicy but not greasy
The shrimp toowoomba pasta (a spicy cream pasta) at Pasta Go Hongdae Branch has a spicy toowoomba sauce with almost no heaviness, and it was delicious. The shrimp were bouncy and chewy, so good too. It comes with one morning bun, and dunking that chewy bun deep into the toowoomba sauce was just so tasty.
The noodles are cooked just right, so you get great texture and great flavor, a two-for-one dish. I hadn't had toowoomba pasta in ages and really enjoyed it. The noodles and sauce were perfect, and the value is great too.
Original tomato risotto: tangy, with bacon flavor soaked in
Next up, the original tomato risotto. It also comes topped with a morning bun. I loved the tangy, savory tomato flavor, and even though it's a rice dish, the risotto had a really soft texture.
The bacon is chewy, and its salty flavor soaks into the tomato sauce, making it twice as good. There are mushrooms in it too, and they're chewy as well. Come to Pasta Go Hongdae Branch, a Hongdae value spot, for a bowl of pasta. Highly recommended!
Cream churros for dessert, filled with custard cream
For dessert I ordered the cream churros. They're dusted with sugar, and there's custard cream inside the churros too. Crispy and moist, with the custard adding a soft sweetness, they were so good.
It had been a while since I'd had churros and these were the best. Churros as a finishing dessert is love! With cider alongside, I ate until I was full and happy.
