Incheon Korean BBQ: roe-aged pork belly for 3 with minari at Midonjip

Midonjip Incheon Guwol Main Branch (미돈집 인천구월본점) is the original roe-aged pork belly Korean BBQ restaurant in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. On a weekday evening the writer ordered only the roe-aged pork belly, 3 servings at 200g each, and added ₩4,000 of minari (water dropwort); the Midonjip staff grilled everything to the end, so nothing burned. Verdict: the roe-aged pork belly tastes best eaten on its own rather than in a lettuce wrap, and the extra minari is a must.
