Sottture Dakdoritang is a dakdoritang (Korean spicy chicken stew) restaurant in Seongjeong-dong, Cheonan, directly across from Lotte Mart. A whole-chicken pot costs 35,000 won, with flat mandu (thin pan-fried dumplings) at 5,000 won and self-serve fried rice at 2,000 won, and simmering the pot 3 more minutes at the table thickens the broth until the wheat rice cakes and potatoes take on the seasoning. The portion was generous for two people, and the fried rice finish made it a satisfying Seongjeong-dong dakdoritang meal.
