Daejeon restaurant with a ₩50,700 octopus set for three: Boksakkot
Boksakkot Pineun Jip Daejeon Branch is a fire-grilled webfoot octopus and wood-fired pizza restaurant near Sutonggol in Gyesan-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Dining with her parents, the writer ordered the fire-grilled octopus stir-fry set for three (₩50,700) at spice level 1, which came with gorgonzola wood-fired pizza, salad, muksabal (acorn jelly in cold broth), an unlimited self-bar and takeout coffee. Mixing plenty of self-bar bean sprouts into the rice makes the texture much better, and the set works well for a family meal.
