Gangnam eel restaurant with bar-seat dining: Chisot Yeoksam
Chisot Yeoksam Main Branch is a Japanese-style eel rice bowl restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul. I tried hitsumabushi three ways—plain, with seaweed, wasabi and scallions, then as ochazuke—and added a potato croquette. Verdict: a hearty, fun choice for eel lovers.
