Suwon bar 3-person yukhoe sushi and bibimbap set: Yukhoe Dokjon
Yukhoe Dokjon Suwon Station Branch is a chilled hanwoo yukhoe (raw beef tartare) bar on the first floor of Dream Plaza on Suwon Station's Rodeo Street. A visitor who doesn't usually enjoy yukhoe tried a 3-person set of hanwoo yukhoe assortment (yukhoe plus sashimi), yukhoe sushi and yukhoe bibimbap, and found the beef chewy, tender and free of any gamy smell, though the bibimbap sauce ran a little salty and was fixed with a free rice refill. Open into the early morning, it works well for after-work meetups and dates.
