Hwangje Sushi Ilsan Main Branch is a sushi and kaisendon restaurant in Goyang, Gyeonggi, near Western Dome between Jeongbalsan and Madu stations. Dining solo at a single-seat table, the writer ordered the signature omakase sushi 15 pieces and finished everything from abalone porridge, grilled salmon, and cucumber seaweed salad to soy sauce shrimp, aged kimchi flounder, and engawa. A great spot for a proper, aged-fish sushi meal even when eating alone.
