Chogye bibim guksu with icy broth at 3pm, Songdo: Eonyang Dak Kalguksu
Eonyang Dak Kalguksu Incheon Songdo Branch is a Korean restaurant on Haedoji-ro in Yeonsu, Incheon, specializing in chicken kalguksu and chogye guksu. Visiting after 3pm meant no wait for chogye guksu (₩11,000) and chogye bibim guksu (₩11,500), and pouring the icy broth served alongside the bibim noodles bit by bit was a real treat. Between the chewy, milmyeon-like aged noodles and two kinds of kimchi, it's a lunch spot worth returning to.
