Where is Sanjeonsujeon Pizza & Pasta near Konkuk Univ.?

Sanjeonsujeon Pizza & Pasta (산전수전 피자&파스타) is in the Konkuk Univ. food alley, and it's a little hidden. Come in along the street with the gamjatang (pork bone stew) place, and when you see Kyochon Chicken, turn left. If you want pizza and pasta at the same time for a great price, definitely go here! I went on a date, and the quality and price were good enough that I'd recommend it to anyone as a Konkuk Univ. lunch spot. Totally satisfied.

There's a menu board standing in front of the restaurant, so you can skim it before deciding. Even a quick look tells you this is a good-value pasta place, right? Prices have gone up a lot lately and every meal makes the money fly out of your wallet, so a place like this is a relief. That art style, kind of like a game screen, is a quiet highlight too, I think?
Is the Sanjeonsujeon interior good for a date?

The inside of Sanjeonsujeon Pizza & Pasta has a calm atmosphere overall, with a long bar-style counter for solo diners and mostly wooden 2-person tables. If a group of 3 or 4 comes, you just push the tables together, so no worries, no no~

Room seating: reserve or first come
There's also one room at Sanjeonsujeon. You can reserve ahead, or go a bit early and grab it first come, first served. The door opens and closes, so you can eat in private, and the table is bigger than the ones in the main hall, so it's great for ordering lots of things and sharing a little of each.

Receipt review event and QR ordering
Sanjeonsujeon Pizza & Pasta gives you one free ade if you join their Naver receipt review event. Just note it's once per table, not per person, so don't get mixed up! Unlike the menu board outside, inside you order by QR code, which is a plus because everyone in your group can order from their own phone at the same time.
How much is the menu at Sanjeonsujeon?

Pastas at Sanjeonsujeon don't go over ₩13,000, and pizzas are 10-inch. The QR code takes you to Toss Order, where you can see the whole Konkuk Univ. lunch menu in a clean, easy-to-read layout. Every dish has a photo, which really helps when choosing, and even though the pizzas are 10-inch, the price is friendly, so you can enjoy them without worrying, I think~
There are quite a lot of options, and every dish looks good quality. The pastas, which I think are very good value, stay under ₩13,000, but the finish is by no means lacking. The menu roughly says which ingredients are the main ones and what it tastes like, so even people who don't know much can choose easily. Also, the slightly spicy ones all have a chili mark, so keep that in mind~
Cocktails and drinks
I was surprised that Sanjeonsujeon has quite a lot of cocktails. They're generally cheap too, and they're the kind of thing you order when you just want a light, festive mood. Most are sweet and tangy, so I think women will like them too, and I especially recommend them for a date!

Canned drinks are ₩3,000 and ade is ₩4,000. Personally, instead of a soda, I'd just pay ₩1,000 more for a tasty ade? Drinks are cheap here too, so, good good.
How were the spicy cream pasta's taste and portion?

At Sanjeonsujeon we ordered one spicy cream pasta and one arugula pizza, and pasta first! The spicy cream pasta doesn't look small at all, and with plenty of bacon, mushrooms and more, it was satisfying in taste and looks.

The nicely cooked bacon brought savory depth and richness, and the subtle saltiness you notice as you chew held the overall seasoning together. It's perfect for a Konkuk Univ. lunch, and I felt the spice level was a little below Shin Ramyun! Since the pasta is such good value, even if two people come, one pasta each with a pizza ordered like a side dish would feel easy on the wallet.

The portion was bigger than I expected, and personally I thought the finish could stand next to upscale restaurants! Pickles and water are at the self-serve bar, so just take as much as you need.
What does the arugula pizza at Sanjeonsujeon taste like?

The arugula pizza at Sanjeonsujeon has a fair amount of arugula, lightly covered with cheese over it, a classic delicious pizza! The toppings are generous and the cheese on the dough is nicely melted, so the savory smell hits your nose.

The pizza at Sanjeonsujeon, which I'd recommend for a Konkuk Univ. lunch, has quite a lot of meat, so it even felt a bit like Korean food, and the umami and meaty aroma that burst out as you chew felt like fusion, which was fun. If you want good-value pasta and cocktails all in one place, I hope you'll visit Sanjeonsujeon Pizza & Pasta!
