BAS Burger Euljiro Branch is on the B1 floor of the Theseoul Hotel (시어소호텔), just inside Exit 10 of Euljiro 3-ga Station. It's open from 11:00 to 20:30 every day, and it offers takeout and delivery, plus reservations and group seating.

BAS Burger is famous as one of Seoul's top three handmade burger spots, a real Euljiro burger favorite! You'll find it on the B1 floor of the Theseoul Hotel at Exit 10 of Euljiro 3-ga Station.

Seating at BAS Burger Euljiro: fine for solo diners or groups?

Inside there are several 4-person tables and a long table at the back. The 4-person tables make for a comfortable meal, so coming for a lunch or dinner date, or alone, felt no pressure at all.

The long table at the back looks good for group meals too. On the day I visited there was a group of foreign guests, and the owner was kind and spoke to them in English.

Burger customizing and the beer swap

At BAS Burger you can change the vegetables inside the burger and even swap the bun for lettuce. Most of the many sauces are free, and some are sold as extras.

You can swap the drink in a set for a beer, or order beer on its own, so it works as an Euljiro beer pub too. There's a wide beer selection including Big Wave, which made it a nice place for a solo beer in Euljiro.

James Gam potato chips are free with unlimited refills at BAS Burger. Dine-in, you can eat as many as you like, and for takeout they cost ₩2,500.

I sprinkled pepper on the free chips you can eat in the restaurant, and they were perfect with a glass of beer while waiting for the burger and beer combo~

How does the Double BAS Burger taste?

The Double BAS Burger was, of course, what I enjoyed most. The sweet, soft bun, the vegetables that were soft and fresh rather than crunchy, and the thick, juicy patties came together nicely and left me satisfied.

The ingredients blend so well that every bite tastes rich. The double patty in particular is incredibly juicy, so it works well as a lunch too.

Set fries and side swaps

The fries that come with the Double BAS Burger set had a different charm from the unlimited James Gam chips. You can swap them for onion rings, sweet potato fries or cheese bacon fries, or add sauces, so there are plenty of ways to enjoy it your way.

Crunch chicken and truffle mayo dip

The crunch chicken had a crispy texture and goes well alongside a burger. It's salty, so it also works as a beer snack, and Sriracha sauce really suits it. I added the truffle mayo dip too, and it was unusual and good.

It's unisex, but the overall feel is clean, so I'd recommend it for both a solo meal and a date in Euljiro.
