What's the atmosphere and cleanliness like at Daepae Maket?
The place is overwhelmingly big, and the self-bar is totally free and relaxed, with nobody giving you looks. Honestly, once you've been here, every other daepae place will look worse by comparison, and I don't think you'll want to go anywhere else. With big restaurants like this, a closer look usually shows some neglected corners, but here you can feel the owner's touch in every detail, it's so clean.. 🐷❤️
What is the smart play room at this Daeyeon-dong restaurant?
It's not just a play room, it's a smart play room! There are intelligence games, IQ games and cooperative games, so I think you could leave the kids in there and they'd entertain themselves without a dull moment. I bet the kids won't want to go to other restaurants after this either, haha. Parents can eat in peace too 🎶

True to a top daepae spot in Daeyeon-dong, Daepae Maket has its own special touch! There's a mini fan on every single table chair.
The weather has cooled down lately so it's fine, but it gets super hot in front of the grill (and the grills are huge!!). This is really the owner's thoughtfulness and care~ My boyfriend loved it 😘✌🏻
What's at the Daepae Maket self-bar?
The self-bar at Daepae Maket Busan Daeyeon Branch is amazing, right? I've never seen a self-bar more generous, tidy and varied than this one, at least I haven't~ Big plates, small plates, so many kinds of plates in all sorts of sizes that you just grab whichever one is comfortable~!🍽️
Fish cake broth for a chilly evening
The weather is getting chilly, so I was so happy to be welcomed by warm fish cake broth (odeng guk) to melt my heart >.< Of all days I wore short sleeves today, and when evening came it got cold and I was craving something hot, haha. The best!

We ordered 3 servings of daepae plus 3 servings of seasoned pork at Daepae Maket Busan Daeyeon Branch, and the meat came out so neat and prettily plated that it felt like a fancy daepae restaurant(?).
We didn't pay extra for the bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles). We got it free through the Naver review event!! Even though it was free, the portion was pretty big and it was really good~!
You can choose the pork thickness before ordering
Side dishes from the self-bar and sizzling daepae samgyeopsal~~ We like our pork belly super thin, so we picked the default thickness, but some people like it a bit thicker, and you can choose before you order.
I picked out exactly the side dishes I wanted. The ones I wanted, the ones my boyfriend wanted, everything to your taste was there at Daepae Maket. A Daeyeon-dong favorite, officially approved.
Ice cream and coffee for dessert
On the way out you get ice cream and coffee too~ Dessert is covered right here! Great value, and the finish was the best too +_+☕️🍦 I honestly wondered whether this place even makes a profit. We got our money's worth and left happy as can be after paying!! Yay!
Look how happy I get over one ice cream. Whenever I crave daepae, I'll definitely come here. There was honestly not one thing I disliked. You can feel that every detail of such a big restaurant is carefully managed. Please do visit Daepae Maket! Recommended for family meals, and for big-eater couples like us *V*
