Dongseong-ro ramen shop, Daegu: thin & thick noodle bowls at Ryusenso
In short
Ryusenso Dongseong-ro is a ramen shop on Gongpyeong-ro in Jung-gu, Daegu. At the kiosk, the writer ordered the Ryusenso ramen (rich broth, thin noodles), the Ryusenso Asari ramen (spicy broth, thick noodles) and Jeju black pork gyoza, then emptied every bowl. Two bowls of ramen with gyoza make a filling, satisfying Dongseong-ro meal at Ryusenso.

How does Ryusenso ramen taste? Rich broth and thin noodles

Two of the main dishes at Ryusenso Dongseong-ro, "Ryusenso" and "Ryusenso Asari", have arrived! I'll try the "Ryusenso" ramen first.

One bite in, the rich broth was really good, it went well with the toppings on the ramen, and the seasoning was just right. So delicious.
Wrapping the noodles together with the chashu (braised pork slice) gave a nutty flavor that was simply outstanding!

I loved how very thin the noodles of the Ryusenso ramen are, and the egg was cooked just right, so I really enjoyed it! I recommend watching the Ryusenso ramen in the video!
How does Ryusenso Asari ramen taste? Spicy broth and thick noodles
Now I'm going to try the "Ryusenso Asari" ramen.
One bite in, the spicy flavor went well with the thick noodles, and the vegetables and ramen paired really nicely.
The egg and chashu were cooked just right, which made them really delicious, and the spicy broth was great. I recommend watching the Ryusenso Asari ramen in the video too.

The noodles in the Ryusenso Asari ramen were springy and I really liked them, and the egg was cooked just right too, so I enjoyed it a lot!

I strongly recommend wrapping the chashu and noodles together!
Is the Jeju black pork gyoza worth ordering with ramen?

There's one food that goes great with ramen: gyoza (pan-fried dumplings)! I recommend watching the Jeju black pork gyoza at Ryusenso Dongseong-ro in the video too.
The Jeju black pork gyoza was grilled beautifully, so I took a bite right away. It was cooked just right, and the juices inside were really delicious.

I highly recommend having ramen and gyoza together!
Empty bowls at Ryusenso Dongseong-ro
Whenever I eat something delicious, I always repay it the same way: with an empty bowl photo!

The rich-broth Ryusenso ramen, the spicy Ryusenso Asari ramen, and the Jeju black pork gyoza that goes so well with them: I enjoyed it all and left very full.
