How did the solid cleansing balm melt in my hands?

At first, it had a thick, solid balm texture. When I scooped some out with the spatula and rubbed it between my hands, it met my body heat and spread softly. I also liked that the scent did not feel artificial.

How did I remove makeup?

I applied lipstick to a bare hand, then tried removing it with the cleansing balm. I also used it on face makeup: I took an appropriate amount, massaged it for about 30 seconds, added water to emulsify it, and rinsed.

How tight did my combination-oily skin feel afterward?

In my case, I felt almost no tightness after washing. With continued use, my pores seemed to look a little less noticeable, but that is simply my personal observation from using it.

Was the container and spatula storage convenient?

When I opened the top lid, there was space to store the spatula, while twisting the lower lid gave access to the cleansing balm. Being able to put the spatula back after use felt tidy.

What are the full ingredients and precautions before use?

According to the original information, it listed 13 natural ingredients including Jirisan charcoal, Baekmi flower extract, moringa, mugwort, and camellia oil. It would be best to check the full ingredient list and precautions printed on the container before use.
