Bangi-dong food alley gopchang for two in Seoul: Jinseong Hanwoo

Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Bangi Direct Branch is a Korean beef offal grill house tucked inside the Bangi-dong food alley in Songpa, Seoul, serving domestic hanwoo gopchang (small intestines), daechang (large intestines) and makchang (abomasum). Two friends ordered one serving of each cut — 3 servings in total — plus kkakdugi yangbap for 9,000 won, and staff grilled everything at the table using a 5-minute and then a 3-minute timer, so nothing overcooked. Three house-made kimchi and a minari (water dropwort) soy sauce cut the richness, which made the 30-plus-minute evening wait at Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang worth it.
