Yongin shabu-kalguksu restaurant with a self-made noodle room: Yun
Yun Ujae Shabu Kalguksu Gogidong Branch is a shabu-kalguksu (hot pot with knife-cut noodles) restaurant in Gogi-dong, Yongin, Gyeonggi. Visiting on a weekday, the writer ordered the 11,500 won per person shabu-kalguksu with spicy red broth, watched noodles being hand-cut in the in-store noodle room, and added the crispy seafood pancake. The standout was wrapping meat and vegetables in the wide noodles with a homemade sauce mixed at the table.
