To fix my long hair after a neighborhood salon ruined it, I made a reservation at Juno Hair Hongdae Entrance Branch (준오헤어 홍대입구역점), near Hongik Univ. Station. It came highly recommended for cuts, and I picked it especially because the layered cut reviews were so good.
