Center Coffee was a place I found while looking for a café near Guui Station, and overall everything was good enough that I want to recommend it as a café/dessert spot near Guui Station.

The drinks were decently priced for what you get, and the taste overall was above average, which was satisfying. I have a sensitive back, so I quietly care a lot about whether the chairs are comfortable when I go to a café — the chairs here were comfortable enough that I could sit for a long time without trouble.

What's the vibe like at Center Coffee Guui East Pole?

Center Coffee Guui East Pole was spacious and clean overall. It's on the basement floor of Guui East Pole, so it's a good café to rest at near Guui Station.

The wood-tone tables and chairs gave the space a warm feel, and the room didn't feel cramped, so it was comfortable to sit in. The table spacing wasn't too tight either, so it was fine for chatting with a friend.

At a lot of cafés near Guui Station it's hard to stay long if it's too cramped or packed, but here the seating was generous and the atmosphere clean, so it was a good place to relax.

The aisles in particular looked relatively wide, so it might be worth noting for anyone visiting with a stroller or looking for a stroller-friendly café.

The chairs made this place even better

What I liked most about Center Coffee Guui East Pole was the chairs. Chairs are something I quietly pay a lot of attention to when I go to cafés.

Even a pretty café isn't much fun if the chairs are too hard or uncomfortable to sit in for long. Here, the chairs were more comfortable than I expected, which was great. Since my back is sensitive to café chairs, I appreciated that I wasn't in real discomfort the whole time I sat there.

Sweet corn ice cream, ₩4,800 — the winner of the day

The tastiest thing I had that day was the sweet corn ice cream at Center Coffee Guui East Pole. And it's only ₩4,800, haha.

With corn topping on top, it looked cute, and when I ate it, the sweet and nutty corn flavor really came through. It wasn't just overly sweet dessert — it had a soft, nutty taste that was satisfying.

It's good with coffee, or just fine to order on its own as a dessert to share. If you're looking for a dessert café near Guui Station, the sweet corn ice cream is worth trying once.
