Karaoke bar near Suwon City Hall Station: ₩33,000 for two, Remember

When you're out with friends, having a nice dinner and a few drinks, sometimes you just want to finish the night by singing and having a blast, right? I was visiting Suwon, enjoyed dinner and drinks around Ingye-dong, and wondered where to go for the last stop. I ended up at Remember Karaoke Town City Hall Station branch (리멤버 인계동 노래타운 파티룸술집 수원시청역점), and here's how it went. (It's an honest review, haha.)

What kind of place is Remember Karaoke Town in Ingye-dong?

Remember is a karaoke town in Ingye-dong, Suwon, a good pick if you're looking for a bar around City Hall Station. It's handy when you've finished dinner and want to keep going to a second or third round without traveling far. If you're after a place in Ingye-dong where you can drink and sing with friends, it's worth a look!

What are the rooms like, and how much is the weekday unlimited plan?

Remember's City Hall Station branch has private rooms, and every room comes with the latest karaoke machine, a 4-channel sound system and a large screen, so the singing felt much more vivid.

There was also a weekday unlimited-time plan. Two of us went, paid ₩33,000, and sang as much as we wanted! I liked that you don't have to hop between a karaoke room and a bar: singing, drinks and snacks are all in one space.

How were the chicken and the side snacks?

We ordered chicken, and Remember also gave us a variety of side snacks. They were all easy, perfectly fine things to nibble on!

Mics and sound: a review after 4 hours of singing for two

Once the snacks and drinks were ordered, we got down to some serious singing and really blew off steam!!!!!

Honestly, the mics at Remember were in good shape, so I even felt like I was singing better than usual. The two of us stayed almost 4 hours and it flew by, which was such a shame. (We hadn't sorted out accommodation, so we had to leave early to catch the last train. So sad T_T)

When the chicken gets old: ₩14,900 fresh fruit bingsu

But the chicken we ordered that day got tiresome, maybe because we were already full T_T. Looking for something light, we ordered the ₩14,900 fresh fruit bingsu (shaved ice dessert).

The fresh fruit bingsu was pretty good. It was the snack that made me think, at the very end, "I'm so glad we ordered this."

Is Remember Karaoke Town in Ingye-dong worth visiting?

I had a proper fun night out with a friend for the first time in a while at Remember Karaoke Town City Hall Station branch, and overall the facilities, atmosphere and sound were, well, not bad? I'd recommend giving it a visit! (Oh, and you can watch OTT streaming in the Remember rooms too!!!)
